About the Event
Care Package Inbound has been selected as the Charity of Choice for the Olathe Live concert event. Olathe Live is a concert series that showcases 2 musical acts and is free for anyone to attend. Volunteers are needed to help collect donations from the audience, showcase their support such as holding signs or working at our booth, and enjoy the event.
Volunteers are encouraged to bring something to sit on such as lawn chairs or blankets, and they can bring food and non-alcoholic beverages. Volunteers are encouraged to arrive around 6:00pm-6:30pm to help with set up and welcoming guests into the event. Volunteers can leave anytime after the second act begins since they will help collect donations in the crowd between acts.
